Armella Shakaryan is a former career diplomat, consular officer, and international affairs professional with nearly three decades of experience in diplomacy, consular services, international mobility, and cross-cultural engagement across the United States, Latin America, Eurasia, and international organizations.

Throughout her distinguished career with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Armella advanced through multiple diplomatic and leadership positions, developing extensive expertise in international and consular affairs. Her professional path reflects a strong commitment to public service, international mobility, and assisting individuals and families navigating complex cross-border transitions.

Most recently, Ms. Shakaryan served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Mexico and Central American countries, where she led bilateral and multilateral political, economic, cultural, and educational cooperation initiatives. During her diplomatic service, she worked extensively with governmental institutions, international organizations, community groups, and international stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and facilitate cross-cultural understanding.

A significant portion of Ms. Shakaryan’s career was dedicated to consular and mobility-related work through multiple assignments in Washington, DC and Los Angeles. In these roles, she managed a broad range of consular matters including visas, passports, citizenship, document legalization, certified translations, travel and immigration-related documentation, and legal and administrative support for citizens and international families. She worked closely with U.S. governmental agencies and other institutions on matters related to mobility processes, legal documentation, and protection of citizens’ rights. 

Drawing on her diplomatic, consular, and multicultural background, Ms. Shakaryan founded her consultancy with the vision of providing personalized relocation, mobility, immigration-support, and cross-cultural assistance services tailored to the needs of international professionals, students, families, diplomats, and globally mobile individuals.
